Long time user but new to the boards to comment on this topic. I am an avid Mac zealot and watch these releases on such. I have had the same problems watching the encodes in question in Quicktime. They are watchable using VLC on my Mac with no problems.
Later epsiodes of Shinkenger and Decade in the 20s+ are fine. Everything from then on out is gravy.
Except for a few of the KR W movies such as Eternal and Accel will play with the commentary on. This is only fixed by, once again, watching them using VLC. This isn't a huge deal, but I would love/like (not need/want) those to get fixed.
I watch all of these using my Apple TV on my 65' DLP. They look awesome and I would like to be able to watch those on there as well. The 'Quicktime error' effects me watching on the Apple TV. Hope this helped some. Thanks for all you guys do.
